C H R I S T I A N   E D U C A T I O N SUNDAY SCHOOL at the First Presbyterian Church of Avenel

YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL      Your child matters to God.  In fact, children are so important to Jesus that He said in Matthew 13:14, "...your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones be lost."      Our goal is for your child to feel welcomed, valued and cared for, and to provide them with a learning experience that's fun-filled and relevant.      We want them to have a place where they will clearly hear the saving message of Jesus Christ and learn basic bible truths that can help them become fully devoted followers of Christ.      The Youth Sunday School classes are for Nursery/Pre-K through 12th grade and begin at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings in the Christian Education Building. ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL      Pastor Tucker is leading a new Adult Sunday School class on Sunday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., beginning on Sunday, September 13, 2009 in Ken Hunt Lounge.  The planned lesson for the current course of study is "Faith Seeking Understanding:  An Introduction to Christian Theology."
